Our scented candles are hand-poured with natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils. We’re adamant about your health & safety so we’ve crafted our non-toxic candles to be gluten, phthalate, sulphate, paraben and cruelty-free.

25+ Hours of Burn Time

Enjoy our beautifully scented candles for over 25 hours! For maximum longevity, we recommend burning your candle no longer than 4 hours at a time, making sure not to light it when there is less than ½” of wax.

Candle Care

Before lighting your candle, trim the wick down to ¼” to avoid soot and an oversized flame. For best results, burn your candle so the wax pool reaches the edge of the tin each time in order to avoid tunneling.

Hi there! We’re Claire & Nicole, two neighbors whose kids loved to play together and thus, resulted in us being best friends and eventual founders of Moonlight Makers.

Humble Beginnings

We started off as neighbors and became instant friends. After a few months we knew we wanted to be in business together and started Moonlight Makers on February 2nd, 2015! Now we have an incredible team, a studio and our products are in thousands of stores nationwide. We love what we do!

Who does not love scented candles!? We love nothing more than adding delicious, inviting ambience into a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom or office. With a clean burn from its all-natural cotton wick, this hand-poured small batch candle tin smells so good and might just relax everyone around it.
This delicious scent: Caribbean Teakwood is a bold, complex candle. It leads with spicy top notes of ginger, peppercorn, and spice. Middle notes of tobacco leaf and aged teakwood blend into the woody, deep base of sandalwood, amber, and dark musk. This candle is infused with natural essential oils, including cedarwood, patchouli, black pepper, and pimento berry. Candle care: Make sure to trim the wick to 1/4″ before you light the candle to avoid soot & an oversized flame. 4 hours is the Max. recommended time for a lit candle. Make sure you don’t light it if there is less than 1/2″ of wax left. Burn the candle so the wax pool reaches the edge of the tin each time, if you don’t you might see wax tunneling. Do not ever leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of pets, kids, fans, open windows, dinosaurs, robot vacuums and strong gusts of wind.
Disclaimer: Each candle is hand poured and they may have some imperfections, such as: minor discoloration of the wax, slightly off-centered label, tiny markings on the outside of the tin, etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle. Also, because these candles are completely natural, they might not look smooth after they’ve been lit, this is normal, thank you!
